Ward 13 is the brainchild of one Jason Doyle Ward. The audial entity was given form in 2001 and operated under the name Huone 13 up until 2007.

The prime missive was to peer into a musical black mirror and create an audial blanket from the darkest elements. This has not changed over the years.

Things take time, especially for a force of one. DIY triumphs over collaborations in every regard except time management. Ward 13 has often remained still for long periods of time, but never truly motionless. Strange new dark concoctions are always brewing; the tail of the beast always twitching, though its body lay still.

Ward 13 is night music for night people.
